The New York State Educational Conference Board (ECB) is a broad coalition of the major education organizations in New York State - parents, teachers, school administrators and school board members working together to enhance and improve the quality of education in New York State.

Together with the Public Higher Education Conference Board, ECB organized tens of thousands of New York education activists for the March for Public Education in 2003 to let elected officials know that public education funding is a top priority every year.
